20 rounds after installing a Lakeline LLC recoil spring our PT111 Millenium G2 9mm failed. The trigger went dead and we could not remove the slide. Later, we found that the slide could be removed if the firing pin was pulled. The problem appears to be a broken trigger bar; there is a small spike at the back of the bar that has broken off.
