He can dodge the enemy's hellsphere cannon due to player draft commands and retaliate killing them off in 1 or 2 hits without a problem. This guy tanks like a boss. With Diabolus specifically, you don't want a killbox (at least early-game - uranium slug turrets would probably work late game for the first couple summons). It also does supermassive damage to structures, something like 3200~ damage. Which means even my modded reinforced plasteel walls would get one shot by this thing.
