The shop we took it to had rebuilt tranny's for Honda's and Acura's. The guy said it was a really common problem after 100K miles. We had the tranny replaced along with some sensors, but every now and then the ignition won't turn all the way off. I have to turn the car on and move it either back or forth and kinda slam the shifter to Park.It sounds like a problem with the shift interlock, the part that locks it in park unless you press the brake. The transmission itself is likely fine. How long ago did you get your transmission replaced?staro0989.
