Yeah it has a weird issue which locks it at 20 fps. If you want to run it at 30 you would need to download a mod called static 30 fps from their discord channel. Just search there and it will show up. This mod works only on versiom 1.6.0 of the game. Specs are Ryzen 3600x w/16gb and RX 5700xt. I think it runs better than cemu. cemu had to have a lot of mods and updates to run decently.
